Intermittent leak was reported in Buckhurst Hill
Attended to a property where an intermittent leak was reported whilst the shower was in use. The shower control sealing plate was not sealed back to the tiles. This was causing the water to run behind and through to the ceiling below. This plate was sealed and left to set.
Attended to a property where the system pressure was dropping in Buckhurst Hill
Attended to a property where the system pressure was dropping. The expansion vessel was found to be at zero. Causing the boiler to loose pressure. The vessel was reinflated, tested for correct operation and left working.
