Attended to a property where an intermittent leak was reported whilst the shower was in use. The shower control sealing plate was not sealed back to the tiles. This was causing the water to run behind and through to the ceiling below. This plate was sealed and left to set.

Attended to a property where the system pressure was dropping. The expansion vessel was found to be at zero. Causing the boiler to loose pressure. The vessel was reinflated, tested for correct operation and left working.

Removal of an existing flexible kitchen tap. Replaced with new mono block taps.

Removal of an existing floor mounted heat only boiler and hot water cylinder. In its place an ideal logic C35 with 10 years parts and labour warranty was fitted. The system was chemically cleaned, then treated.
